Here at Hilderthorpe cycles we offer a cycle repair service. From the simplest of adjustments to a complete strip and rebuild, our mechanic will have your bike fit for a spin as soon as possible. When you bring your bike to us we will give you a free estimate for the repairs needed, which means you will know straight away which parts may require replacement, how long it may take and how much you should expect to pay. We treat each bike individually and always wherever possible carry out the work the same day or have it ready for the following day.

We offer a free safety check of your bike whilst you wait and offer free advice on any work that maybe required to bring your bike to a safe and reliable standard.

This service will ensure your bike is in a safe and road worthy condition.We adjust brakes and gears; lubricate chain and gear mechanisms; check wheel, bottom bracket and headset bearings; check tyre pressures and spokes; tighten all nuts and bolts, and highlight any other current or potential problems you may have.For the average user this service should be carried out at least once a year to ensure their bike is kept in good shape.

Please call to arrange local collection of your bike if you are unable to get it to us. We are able to collect most evenings from 6pm onwards and give you an estimate of the cost to repair. We provide this service free of charge when booked in to the workshop for the above service (Does not include any free services). Please call us today to arrange collection of your bike.
